The burnt timber roast is inspired by not only our past as wildfire firefighters but by our friends and family. We have had relentless feedback asking us to come out with a dark roast so here it is! A cheeky mixture of central American and Indonesian beans combined to create this smokey roast! It reminds us of hard-fought days on the fireline where all you could smell and taste were the remains of burnt timber.  Best for: • espresso. • drip. • mocha pot. • french press. • pour-over. • Aeropress. *there are no flavor additives to any of our coffee's, all flavors are naturally occurring from the individual coffee beans harvested.
