When am I able to return an item? Is there a deadline?
Unused items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. If after these 7 days you decide you are unsatisfied with your purchase it can still be returned for store credit and/or exchange. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Can I use more than one promo code per order?
Currently prairiesupplyco.com only offers one promo code per order to be applied at checkout. This is separate from the free shipping we offer with orders over $100 CAN.
What if my product is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you exchange or return the item.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Prairie Supply Co. now ships all around Canada and the U.S
How do I check the status of my order?
