Orders made at www.prairiesupplyco.com will ship within two to five business days from when the order was placed. Suppose you need your order to arrive by a specific date. In that case, you can choose a faster shipping method or call us at 204-638-7168 to speak with a customer service representative and make alternative shipping arrangements.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders usually ship out within 1 to 2 business days of ordering. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Holidays may affect the regular shipping times but we do guarantee your order will ship within 1-5 business days from date of purchase.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Prairie Supply Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. . We can not guarantee that your shipment will arrive on any exact date. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order ships. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm CST.
International Shipping - Outside of Canada

The customer is responsible for any and all Customs and Brokerage Fees. All orders shipping outside of Canada are subject to customs and or duties charges which the Government implements and have nothing to do with us! Sorry, but we are unable to waive these fees as we do not set them.
In the event that the customer does NOT pay for the Customs and Brokerage Fees, the package will be considered abandoned, and the customer will forfeit the order. We do not refund international orders due to international customs and brokerage fees.
Tracking Numbers
A Tracking Number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. To track your package, please visit Canada Post and enter the tracking number that was emailed to you. Once your order is shipped, The shipping companies will do everything they can to deliver it to you on time. In the event of a delayed delivery, you may contact Canada Post at 1-866-607-6301 as well you can call us at 1-204-638-7168 and we will work with you and the shipping companies to expedite the delivery of your package.
Signing For Delivery
All deliveries MUST be signed for. Otherwise Prairie Supply Co. cannot take responsibility for delivery. Please note: this could be why you received an update that says "Delivered" but you have not received the item. In this case you can call Canada Post or your local post office and ask them if it is there awaiting your signature!
P.O. Boxes
All orders being delivered to a P.O. Box will be shipped via Canada Post. Because there is no signature option available for deliveries to a P.O. Box, Prairie Supply Co. cannot take responsibility for delivery.
IN STORE PICK-UP
We offer in store pickup free of charge with any order for residents within Manitoba and Saskatchewan. You may choose the In-Store Pickup option as a shipping option when you are checking out. Orders with in Store Pickup chosen as a shipping method are usually ready the same day the order was placed, if not then the following day. Please refer to our store hours as that is when you will be able to pick up the order.
CHRISTMAS SHIPPING DEADLINES
If you need your order before Christmas, please make sure you place it before December 15th. Please note that we will do everything in our power to get you your shipment on time, but we cannot guarantee any particular shipping dates. Please order early to avoid disappointment. * If you live in a rural area, you should allow 1 extra day. If very rural, allow up to 3 extra days.
