Q: When am I able to return an item? Is there a deadline?

A: Unused items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date. If after these 7 days you decide you are unsatisfied with your purchase it can still be returned for store credit and/or exchange. The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Q: Can I use more than one promo code per order?

A: Currently prairiesupplyco.com only offers one promo code per order to be applied at checkout. 

 Q: What if my product is damaged or defective? 

A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us and we will help you exchange or return the item.
