Refunds and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to the Online Store within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, 30 days for a store credit . The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please email support@prairiesupplyco.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, Prairie Supply Co. cannot accept your returned product.
The returned items MUST be unused, in the original, undamaged packaging and have the tags still attached in order for us to process any returns.
Please note:
- In the case we are sold out of an item you will be reimbursed the total of that item if money was captured.
- For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match these criteria
Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed. We will email you once it is processed.
With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Prairie Supply Co. does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by Prairie Supply Co . To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, exchanges are not available. Items can only be returned for a refund within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, or 30 days for a store credit. If you would like a replacement item, please place another order online.
Christmas In Store and Online Return & Exchanges Policy
In-Store: If you purchased an item(s) in store at our Prairie Supply Co. Dauphin location for a holiday gift and the item(s) is still in new, unworn/unused condition, all tags are attached and you have the receipt you have 30 days from December 25th to bring it in for a store credit or exchange.
Prairie Supply Co. does not issue Refunds, only In Store credit (Gift Card) or exchange.
We are unable to process the return/exchange of an item without the receipt.
Online: If you purchased an item(s) from www.prairiesupplyco.com for a holiday gift and the item(s) is still in new, unworn/unused condition, all tags are attached and you have the Order #, you have 15 days from December 25th to contact us and send it back for a full refund. Any returns requested after January 10th will have another 15 days to contact us/return the product for a Store Credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please email support@prairiesupplyco.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, Prairie Supply Co. cannot accept your returned product.

Refused Shipments
All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.
Warranty
Prairie Supply Co. does not independently warranty any of our products except for Prairie Supply Co. Authentic Goods Clothing and Skateboards . All warranty claims are handled by our Warranty Department. Warranties are approved by the Manufacturer themselves and not by Prairie Supply Co. . All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer warranty, usually a 30 day guarantee. Some companies offer longer or even lifetime warranties.
