Refunds and Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our online store, you may return the unused product to the Online Store within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund, 30 days for a store credit . If you ordered the incorrect size, you may return the unused product to the Online Store and request a replacement size. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective or if there was an error processing your order. Prior to returning an item, please email support@prairiesupplyco.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without an RA, Prairie Supply Co. cannot accept your returned product.

With the exception of shipping errors or a defective product, Prairie Supply Co. does not issue credit or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with Free Shipping, returned items will be refunded minus the shipping charges incurred by Prairie Supply Co . To be returned, products must be unused, with original packaging and tags.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be made on Sale or Clearance Items.

Christmas Exchange Policy
Return the unused product with the tags still attached to The Online Store 30 days after Christmas for exchange or store credit. We do not issue Refunds for Christmas Gifts. To process an Exchange at a Prairie Supply Co. Location you will need to bring the printed paper receipt that was sent with your order and the Credit Card that was used to make the purchase. Prairie Supply Co. cannot process Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for Online Orders that were paid for using PayPal or Interac. No returns, refunds or exchanges will be processed on Boxing Day.

Exchange Policy

Return the unused product with the tags still attached to The Online Store within 30 days for exchange or store credit. To process a exchange online you will need to send back the printed paper receipt that was sent with your order and the RA number that was sent to you, RA numbers can be obtained threw emailing support@prairiesupplyco.com. Prairie Supply Co. cannot process Refunds, Returns or Exchanges for Online Orders that were paid for using PayPal. 

Refused Shipments

All shipments refused by the buyer for delivery will be charged a 40% restocking charge.

Warranty

Prairie Supply Co. does not independently warranty any of our products except for Prairie Supply Co. Authentic Goods Clothing and Skateboards . All warranty claims are handled by our Warranty Department. Warranties are approved by the Manufacturer themselves and not by Prairie Supply Co. . All products sold on our site are covered by the manufacturer warranty, usually a 30 day guarantee. Some companies offer longer or even lifetime warranties.
